Hiring several warehouse roles around Cincinnati - 20 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. Thank you in advance. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?
