Hiring several warehouse roles around Chicago - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Chicago, with day and night shifts. I am in Chicago, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
