Hiring several warehouse roles around Chicago after 5 years as a production planner

A distribution centre near Chicago is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
