Hiring several warehouse roles around Chicago - 8 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Chicago, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
