Hiring several warehouse roles around Charlotte (update)

A logistics company in Charlotte is adding people before the busy season. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
