Hiring several warehouse roles around Charlotte - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Charlotte, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
