Hiring several warehouse roles around Charlotte - 7 months and counting

A distribution centre near Charlotte is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
