Hiring several warehouse roles around Charlotte - 14 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Charlotte, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
