Hiring several warehouse roles around Buffalo - 6 months and counting

A logistics company in Buffalo is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
