Hiring several warehouse roles around Boston - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Boston is adding people before the busy season. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
