Hiring several warehouse roles around Boston - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boston, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
