Hiring several warehouse roles around Boston (Boston)

A logistics company in Boston is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
