Hiring several warehouse roles around Boston - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boston, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
