Hiring several warehouse roles around Boise, office manager here

A logistics company in Boise is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
