Hiring several warehouse roles around Boise - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boise, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 19 weeks. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
