Hiring several warehouse roles around Birmingham - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Birmingham, with day and night shifts. I worked as a project coordinator before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
