Hiring several warehouse roles around Birmingham - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Birmingham, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
