Hiring several warehouse roles around Birmingham, quality inspector here

A distribution centre near Birmingham is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
