Hiring several warehouse roles around Birmingham - any advice?

A distribution centre near Birmingham is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been a long 16 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
