Hiring several warehouse roles around Birmingham - 9 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Birmingham, with day and night shifts. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
