Hiring several warehouse roles around Birmingham - 25 weeks in

A distribution centre near Birmingham is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as a security officer before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
