Hiring several warehouse roles around Baltimore, forklift operator here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Baltimore, with day and night shifts. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
