Hiring several warehouse roles around Austin - first time posting

A logistics company in Austin is adding people before the busy season. I am in Austin, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
