Hiring several warehouse roles around Atlanta - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Atlanta is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
