Hiring several warehouse roles around Atlanta after 15 years as a recruiter

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Atlanta, with day and night shifts. I worked as a recruiter before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
