Hiring several warehouse roles around Atlanta

A logistics company in Atlanta is adding people before the busy season. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
