Hiring several warehouse roles around Albuquerque - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Albuquerque, with day and night shifts. I worked as a recruiter before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
