Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tulsa - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Tulsa is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
