Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tulsa (update)

Several delivery companies in Tulsa are hiring drivers with clean records. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
