Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tulsa - any advice?

A regional carrier near Tulsa is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. Are the local runs really home every night?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
