Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Toledo - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Toledo is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Thank you in advance. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
