Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Toledo - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Toledo is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
