Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Toledo - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Toledo are hiring drivers with clean records. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
