Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Toledo - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Toledo. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
