Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Toledo - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Toledo. I worked as a marketing coordinator before this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
