Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tampa - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Tampa. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
