Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tampa - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Tampa. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
