Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tampa - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Tampa. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
