Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tampa - 4 months and counting

A regional carrier near Tampa is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
