Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Tampa - 12 weeks in

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Tampa. It has been a long 12 weeks. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
