Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near St. Louis - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near St. Louis. It has been weighing on me all week. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
