Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Spokane - any advice?

Several delivery companies in Spokane are hiring drivers with clean records. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
