Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Seattle - any advice?

A regional carrier near Seattle is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
