Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Seattle - 22 weeks in

Several delivery companies in Seattle are hiring drivers with clean records. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
