Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near San Diego - first time posting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near San Diego. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
