Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near San Diego - any advice?

A regional carrier near San Diego is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
