Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near San Diego

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near San Diego. It has been weighing on me all week. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.
