Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Salt Lake City (Salt Lake City)

A regional carrier near Salt Lake City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Any experience at all would help. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
