Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Salt Lake City - any advice?

A regional carrier near Salt Lake City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
