Hiring now: drivers with a commercial licence near Salt Lake City after 8 years as a barista

A regional carrier near Salt Lake City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
